Annual Dues

Annual dues are currently $500 and payable by the end of January of each year.

Members are sent an email invoice and payment can be made electronically via our Quickbooks system.  Alternatively, you can mail a check payable to:

PLEASE include the lot number you are paying for and your contact information.

Dues go to support the EFBOA mission.  When payments are not made in a timely fashion, EFBOA will place a lien on the property to assure that the property cannot be sold or transferred without paying the applicable dues.

​

When selling property in Fish Bay, the buyer generally requests a letter from the association stating that the dues have been paid in full, prior to the transfer of the property.
